Internship - Part Time Role

Location: Panama

Company Introduction:

Enviroports is a leading international specialist in recycling solutions for the maritime industry. Our organization provides first-class transportation services for collection and treatment of cargo tank washing and oil residue. We advise our clients on a variety of environmentally focused maritime services, including tank cleaning, garbage and sewage disposal, and underwater services.

Job description:

  • Part time role working in Enviroports Panama office.
  • Monday to Friday work days.
  • Working hours will depend on business requirements.

Tasks:

  • Emailing: Clients and Prospects
  • Assisting: Operations team
  • Interact with: Enviroports global offices in Switzerland and Singapore.
  • Learn about: MARPOL, Shipping, Oil, Energy, Environment, Ports

Work Experience & Education Background:

  • No previous work experience required
  • Studies related to Shipping / Oil & Energy / Environment is a Plus.

Skills :

  • Ability to handle data driven work (CRM’s + Excel)
  • Organized
  • Self-motivated to achieve tasks / goals

Languages :

  • English (Requirement: Fluent Writing + Speaking)
  • Spanish (Plus)
  • Portuguese (Plus)

IT Experience :

  • Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ship Tracking Systems (Seasearcher / Vessel Tracker)
  • CRM (Insightly / Salesforce)

Education :

  • University Degree (Plus)
  • Technical Degrees / Certificates (Plus)
  • High School Diploma

Salary :

  • Competitive pro rata compensation
